Job Description
Symmetrio is recruiting several Software Sales Executives for our client, a leading innovator in oncology software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inhealthcare technology sales, specifically within the oncology space, and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in cancer treatment facilities.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring approximately 50% travel to engage with clients and prospects. With a total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $275,000 to $300,000,
Responsibilities- Identify and engage withcommunity cancer centers, oncology practices, and hospital networks to sellclinical EMR and oncology software solutions.
- Develop and executestrategic sales plansto achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withoncologists, administrators, IT staff, and key stakeholders.
- Conductproduct demonstrations, presentations, and software trainingto showcase the value and functionality of our solutions.
- Manage thefull sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate withmarketing, product development, and customer support teamsto ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated onindustry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapein oncology EMR and healthcare IT.
- Represent the company attrade shows, conferences, and networking eventsto promote our solutions and expand market reach.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in healthcare, AI, or oncology-related solutions.
- Proven track record of selling into community cancer centersand a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.
- Strong knowledge ofelectronic medical records (EMR), oncology-specific software solutions, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, ONC certification).
- Excellentnegotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Experience usingCRM tools (Salesforce preferred)to manage sales pipeline and reporting.
- Willingness to travelup to 50%as needed.
