Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with at least two years of experience to join our Property Rights practice. Candidates should possess a strong civil litigation foundation with preference given to those with experience in one or more of these types of disputes: contracts, constitutional rights, land use, development, easements, condemnation, liens, construction, survey, title or government entities. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to solve complex problems and serve our clients. Colorado license preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school. No agency submissions will be considered during the first 30 days of posting.
