Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims
Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters
Take and defend depositions
Draft motions
Attend court hearings in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis
Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Requirements Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school required
Active Colorado Bar license required ? no exceptions
Local candidates only ? Denver, Colorado area
3+ years of litigation experience required
Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred
Strong research and writing skills required
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload
