Job Description

Bremer Whyte Brown & O?Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of 1 year of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary in its Denver office. This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment. Requirements

Preparation of legal documents.
Knowledge of Colorado court filing/e-filing procedures.
Scheduling and calendaring deadlines, meetings, and appointments.
Excellent communication skills for correspondence with clients and attorneys.
Experience with word processing systems such as, Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Assistance with miscellaneous administrative duties.
Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, or Personal Injury experience preferred.
