Project Manager - Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level, actionable analytics solutions.
• Manage end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with both client and internal global teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Lead PMO activities including project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives using standard PMO methodologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to enhance business functions.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of professional work experience with at least 3 years in data analytics.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the CPG space is preferred.
• Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and Deck building.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
• Strong project and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
