We seek someone with a good blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level, actionable analytics solutions.
- Manage end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with both client and internal global teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead PMO activities including project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives using standard PMO methodologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to enhance business functions.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional work experience with at least 3 years in data analytics.
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client's team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approaches.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the CPG space is preferred.
- Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and Deck building.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
- Strong project and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
