Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent
• Licensure: Active Indiana Pharmacist license (or eligibility)
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy management
• Experience in hospital or psychiatric settings preferred
• Skills:
• Strong command of pharmacy software and inventory systems
• Policy development and implementation
• Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Adaptable to evolving pharmacy regulations and trends
