As a Production Manager at CorDx, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will lead a team of production staff, manage daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering superior diagnostic products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to order materials and supplies for production
Collaborate with manufacturing team to develop and implement production plans
Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time
Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of production process
Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biotechnology, chemistry, or biology
7+ years of experience in a production coordination role preferably in the biotechnology industry
5+ years of leadership/management experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and ISO 13485:2016 is preferred
Fluent in Chinese
