This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $100,000 to $ 150,000 per year , depending on experience. Your Role
As the HVAC Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing HVAC team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will manage the full lifecycle of HVAC installation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring efficiency and quality. Safety is a top priority, so you will enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and building codes. You will also monitor budgets, optimize resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to align operations with company goals.

This role requires versatility. You will need to step in and support your team wherever needed, whether that means troubleshooting issues, assisting with installations, or providing hands-on guidance. Your ability to lead by example and adapt to challenges will be key to your success.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management, preferably in multifamily, new construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling costs.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and EPA certification (preferred).

Schedule
