Requirements

1. Originate loan provided leads through radio, direct mail and other sources.

2. Consult borrowers on mortgage products that best suit their needs.

3. Generation of loan applications that results in closings.

4. Manage external lead source relationships for a continual stream of origination volume.

5. Required to comply with all MiLEND, Inc. underwriting policies and procedures.

6. Collect and analyze client information to determine which MiLEND mortgage product best meets the client's financial needs.

7. Must be licensed through NMLS
