Job Description
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Production Engineer to join their team. As a Production Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and good mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Engineer (3-months contract)
Location: Wayne, NJ
Pay Range:
$30-35 per hour
What's the Job?
Translate information into a weekly production schedule.
Develop planning techniques to lead the plant manufacturing area toward corporate goals.
Utilize information on inventory targets, service levels, and capacity to drive production efficiency.
Program Vision system (Keyence) and Keyence Optical Comparator for inspection at QCRI.
Train QCRI operators on how to effectively use the vision system.
What's Needed?
Knowledge of programming Vision system (Keyence) and Keyence Optical Comparator.
Previous experience with authoring protocols, reports, and engineering studies.
Understanding of GD&T and GDP.
Ability to troubleshoot fixtures and electronic equipment.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience in a related function.
