We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our core payment gateway platform. You'll play a key role in defining product strategy, managing execution, and delivering features that directly impact our merchants and partners.

This is a high-ownership role with the opportunity to shape the roadmap of a fast-growing fintech startup.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-release optimization
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly payment solutions
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders, market research, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth deployment and adherence to regulatory standards
• Monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and identify improvement areas
• Drive the product roadmap with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and monetization

• Prior experience working in a fintech startup or payment gateway company
• Familiarity with compliance requirements like PCI DSS, KYC, etc.
• Exposure to merchant onboarding, settlements, or reconciliation workflows

Requirements

• 35 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of payment flows (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets), APIs, and transaction systems
• Experience working in agile teams with product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Mix panel, GA, Looker)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
