We offer local information, classifieds, and continuously evolve our offerings to meet the needs of our users. As of now, we are operational in several states including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, with over 10 million downloads to date.

Our story - Started in 2018 by IIT alumni Jani Pasha and Vipul Chaudhary, Lokal (Behtar Technology Private Limited) is headquartered in Bengaluru. We are building Web 2.0 solutions for tier 2 & tier 3 cities in India. Job Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap for the Astro category, aligning with overall business objectives.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to bring innovative Astro products to market.

Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Astro domain.

Gather and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve features and user satisfaction.

Champion the user experience and ensure that products meet or exceed user expectations.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and inform further product iterations.

Stay updated with industry trends in Astro to inform product strategy and market positioning.

Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the product team to address challenges effectively.

Requirements

Necessary -

1+ years of experience as a product manager, particularly in technology or startups.

Knowledge of the Astro domain and related technologies.

Strong understanding of product management principles and lifecycle.

Excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in gathering customer feedback and applying it to product enhancements.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.

Good to have -

Previous experience in launching innovative products or services.

Familiarity with user testing methodologies and analytics tools.
