What you?ll do:

Principal Enterprise Architect with expertise in Workday and ServiceNow to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing and governing the implementation of robust, scalable solutions that drive transformation across the organization. What you?ll need:

• Workday: 6+ years of Workday experience required
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of Workday tools like Extend and Orchestrate
• AI Knowledge: Must have knowledge of MCP, agentic flows, agent construction, and backend API connectivity experience
• Integrations: Solid 7+ years of experience handling various types of integrations
• Soft Skills: Strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders

Our Principal System Engineering, earns between?$155,400-$261,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
