The Princeton office of Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-Level associate to join the Labor & Employment group. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with employment-related litigation, including extensive discovery practice, solid writing skills, and familiarity with investigating and defending charges with the EEOC or state agencies. Hands on experience arguing motions or taking depositions is a plus. Candidates should also have experience with general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements, wage/hour work (e.g., classifications, general compliance), accommodations and leaves of absence, and policy review). Candidates must be an active member of the New Jersey bar.
