Wilson Elser?s New Jersey office is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance coverage group. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with extensive experience handling insurance coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers. The Position Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and State of New York 5+ years coverage litigation experience in New York, New Jersey and beyond Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions (CGL, Excess, Professional Liability, D & O and property) Experience in both third-party and first-party claims Coverage analysis and writing experience. Superior analytical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Responsibilities Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients Who Should Apply?
