POSITION GOAL: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible to assist and Provide People Services
administrative support and act as a front line management contact and partner to employees and management in the areas of attendance tracking,
assist with hourly recruitment and selection, policy and procedures and any other HR administrative duties. The position is a five month temporary position.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for Time & Attendance management along with daily and weekly reporting.
2. Track attendance points. Compose and distribute attendance related discipline forms to supervision.
3. Receive, prepare, compose, sort, distribute and copy HR correspondence from HR internal mailbox, materials, faxes, legal
requests and mail. Maintain HR forms and information stations.
4. Assist with hourly recruiting and reference checks as needed.
6. Manage Employee Service Award Program.
7. Compile and maintain all new hire forms and orientation packets for all new employees. Ensure policies are current and updated.
8. Compile round table data, send out roundtable meeting invites and track participants.
9. Act as back-up and cover breaks and lunches to the Executive Assistant/Front Desk.
10. Prepare, distribute and track all hourly employee reviews and new employee reviews and checklists.
11. Prepare, distribute and track new hire 30 day feedback surveys.
12. Serve as back up to Human Resources Payroll Coordinator.
13. Manage Best Bus Gear employee purchase program for St. Cloud facility.
14. Assist and respond to internal inquiries and forward to appropriate HR team member for follow up.
15. Assign and maintain log of employee lockers.
16. Post social committee minutes, retirements, service awards, events and cafeteria menus on Ibus.
17. Responsible for filing confidential documents into the Employee Personnel files.
18. Other duties as assigned.
Education
High School Diploma or GED or two years related
experience and/or training, or equivalent
combination of education and experience in HR.
College degree or certificate is a plus.
Experience/Knowledge (Required Experience/Knowledge Only) ? Knowledge of HR legislation and labor laws. ? Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines. ? High level of confidentiality.
