Production Team Lead

Carfair is seeking a dedicated Production Team Lead to oversee our production operations and lead our manufacturing team towards achieving daily production goals. You will be responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position demands effective communication across departments and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Wage: $28.81 Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
