We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Partner Account Executive to help manage and grow our SaaS partnerships. This role focuses on engaging with high-value partners and collaborators, while also maintaining operational excellence in tracking and reporting the metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify and engage with top-tier SaaS partners (usually Service Companies or System Integrators) to secure meetings with leadership. Meetings will come through the inbound traffic and booked by a PDR (Partner Development Representative) but there will be some outreach needed as well.
Conduct initial evaluations of inbound and outbound partnership inquiries to determine qualification and fit.
Conduct demos and POCs for the potential partners
Follow the 90 day Action Plan and pass over to the Partnership Manager for a continuous implementation once the partnership is activated.
Professional Excellence
Represent the company with professionalism in all communications, including by phone, email, zoom, MS teams, chat or in-person.
Continuously improve personal and professional skills to enhance effectiveness.
Uphold and promote the company culture in all internal and external interactions.
Other Responsibilities
Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the partnership and business goals.
Requirements
3+ years of work experience in Sales
Sales experience with System Integrator companies preferred
The ability to be coachable and to learn and apply things quickly
Excellent presentation skills
Some level of technical knowledge
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Proven record of successful career
Friendly, warm, likeable, and easygoing, yet ambitious and goal-driven is a must
Must have exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
High EQ and IQ
Proactive and very self-organized in achieving the goals
Key Working Relationships
The Partner Account Executive will be working closely with the Director of Partnerships, Partner Account Manager, Partner Development Representative (PDR), Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the best outcome from partnerships.
Compensation:
Base Pay: USD 80,000 - USD 90,000 + Commission
