Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demos, to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage accounts and territory to maximize sales potential, while utilizing Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and drive business development initiatives.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage your own schedule
• Effectively communicate with homeowners and office.
• Do free roof inspections
• Take photos and upload into CRM
• Help homeowners pick out there new colors

Qualifications

• WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR BIG MONEY
• Negotiation and customer service skills
• Experience in outside sales and business development
• Strong account management and territory management abilities
• Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies
• Proficient in Salesforce and technical sales processes
• Ability to conduct product demos and upselling techniques
• Experience in retail sales, cold calling or any Door to Door work
