The Washington office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire mid-level associates for our Structured Finance practice. The candidate will have 2-4 years of securitization experience, ideally in CLOs, asset-based loans and/or REMICs, as well as excellent credentials. The Structured Finance practice is a close-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together and tries to have a little fun while doing so.
Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
