About the role

The Luxury Closet is looking for a Marketing Executive based in our India office, who will be a key component of our broader Growth & Marketing Team. In this role you will be actively involved in monthly demand planning and end to end execution for the month whilst ensuring company targets are met.

Responsibilities

• An Affiliate marketing executive oversees the development and execution of affiliate marketing programs.
• Affiliate & Marketplace Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new affiliate & marketplace partners.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates & Marketplaces to optimize performance.
• Campaign Strategy: Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns to meet business goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and reporting on performance, ensuring targets are met.
• Optimization: Testing and optimizing affiliate strategies to increase traffic and conversions.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1-2 years previous experience working in growth marketing, or a role focused specially on Affiliates & Marketplaces
• Prior experience in ecommerce marketing would be preferable.
• Prior experience in working with marketplaces like Amazon,eBay etc.
• Hands on knowledge of running A/B tests to optimize campaigns performance.
• Degree educated in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant fields is preferred.

• Prior experience working with platform like Adjust, Affise, Hasoffers etc
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English.
