GAO Tek Inc., a global leader in RFID technology solutions, is seeking a Technical Sales Assistant/Executive/Representative to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Quotes, Proposals, & Presentations: Create detailed and professional sales documents tailored to client needs. This includes preparing accurate quotes, compelling proposals, and engaging presentations that highlight the value of GAO Tek’s products.
  • Research Products and Recommend Solutions: Conduct in-depth research on the company’s products/solutions and understand their applications. Provide customers with tailored recommendations based on their specific requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Upsell Products to Close Deals: Identify opportunities to upsell products by understanding customer needs and presenting value-added solutions. Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective after-sales support. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with international clients and team members.
  • Technical Setup: Must have a personal laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection to ensure smooth virtual operations.
  • Flexibility: Should be comfortable working according to EST/EDT time zone hours, enabling seamless collaboration with global teams.
  • Passion for Sales: Tech candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, provided they have excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn. An interest in sales and support activities within the tech industry is vital. Candidates with a proactive attitude, curiosity about technology, and a drive to succeed in sales will thrive in this role.

Academic and Professional Background:

  • Sales Experience: Must have at least one year of sales experience, preferably with a background in technology or technical sales.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automatic Control
