Requirements

Labor and employment litigation experience preferred; however general civil litigation experience is also welcome.
Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Virginia.
