Job Description
Hirschler, a multispecialty mid-sized law firm headquartered in Richmond Virginia, is seeking to add an experienced commercial real estate associate to our sophisticated and growing practice. The associate will be primarily engaged in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance. The associate will have responsibility for a wide array of transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, commercial leases, development related agreements and loan documents, and handling related diligence efforts, such a title and survey reviews. The ideal candidate has strong academics, analytical skills, positive attitude, large regional or national law firm experience and a desire to work on a range of real estate transactions with direct client contact, including national transactions. Candidates should have excellent written and oral skills, be admitted to practice in Virginia or be eligible to obtain reciprocal admission to the Virginia Bar, and have at least 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
