Job Description

Hirschler, a multispecialty mid-sized law firm headquartered in Virginia, is seeking a corporate associate to work with our Chambers-rated Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Business Services groups. Hirschler's M&A practice group works with private equity firms and other private company parties in a variety of capital transactions across the United States and internationally. A minimum of 3 years of strong transactional experience, including M&A, general corporate work and experience working with privately held companies. Ideal candidates have strong academics, analytical skills, positive attitude, large regional or national law firm experience and a desire to work on a range of corporate transactions with direct client contact and responsibility for negotiations, including national and international M&A transactions. Finance and private equity experience is a plus. Candidates must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Virginia. This position will be based in our Richmond office.
