Litigation Attorney

Hall Render is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our highly respected National Health Care Litigation practice in Milwaukee. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to represent hospitals and health systems in commercial litigation, municipal and governmental matters, and administrative proceedings.

Opportunities and Responsibilities:

• Dive into Health Care Litigation: First-chair business and commercial litigation, including contract and vendor disputes, employment and restrictive covenant litigation, and related strategy and planning. Handle municipal matters, including zoning, property tax and other disputes. Advise on and serve as the client representative in law enforcement interactions. And handle administrative proceedings, including contested licensure, medical staff and professional review board proceedings.
• Client-Centric Approach: Use a deep understanding of client operations to provide tailored litigation strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.
• Team-Driven Success: Work in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment where challenging cases are tackled with a team-first approach.

We're Looking for:

• Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin.
• An experienced litigator with 7+ years of general litigation experience.
• Experience in health care litigation or federal or state agency experience is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Interest in health care as a regulated industry.
