We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with two to four years of experience to join our Business Law Department in our Milwaukee office. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience in handling complex corporate work including mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general business counseling, including experience with reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. Mid to large law firm M&A experience is preferred but not required.
