Executive Compensation Attorney

We are looking for a talented senior level executive compensation attorney to join our tax and employee benefits practice in our Milwaukee office. A minimum of 10 years' experience in the executive compensation area is required.Experience Experience with equity compensation and nonqualified benefit plan design, and benefits related transactional experience is desired.Public desired.
