As a Commercial Attorney, you'll be a trusted advisor working side-by-side with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams, helping to drive strategy and protect the company through smart, practical legal counsel.

What you'll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts that align with business goals while minimizing risk
• Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and sales
• Serve as the primary negotiator with external contract counterparties to protect the company?s interests
• Own and manage the full contracting lifecycle, from early business planning through execution and implementation
• Support the legal team with additional commercial and corporate legal matters as needed
• This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary.

What you'll bring:

• Licensed attorney with a JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Wisconsin
• 2?4 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in a business-focused environment
• A proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented mindset?able to work with minimal direction and drive matters forward efficiently
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers
• Strong business judgment, responsiveness, and a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners
