Job Description

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 2 - 3 years of general business and real estate litigation experience. The candidate must have experience in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings, law and motion and other briefs. An excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills are required. Candidate should also have extensive knowledge of document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $210,000 - $220,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
