Haynes Boone is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our IP Litigation team in our Orange County office. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials, excellent writing skills, and two to four years of intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are a plus, but not required. The starting base salary for this Orange County position is expected to be between $235,000 - $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
