Salary Range $155000.00 - $165000.00 Salary Job Category Legal The New York office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has an opening for a bright, energetic, and hard-working litigation associate. The candidates should have 4-6 years' experience in complex commercial litigation. The position provides the opportunity to work both independently and as part of our strong litigation team. Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of commercial litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing discovery and handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, day to day case management and client management. Appear before state and federal courts of New York and arbitrations.
