Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney

Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Health Care practice group, health care litigation practice, working from its New York office. The work will include class actions, commercial disputes and arbitrations.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 1 to 3 5 years of litigation experience. Candidates should have experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions. All Experience in health care is a plus, but not required.

All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member of the New York Bar.

Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $250,000.$320,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant?s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors.
