Litigation Associate

Who we are?

The Burns White?s Construction Litigation Department is a well-established team with work that is varied, interesting, and challenging. We focus on professional liability claims against architects, engineers, and other design professionals, alleging damages for delay, design defects, property damage, and personal injuries including catastrophic loss. Our team in West Conshohocken also defends general liability claims against property owners including slip and falls. The clients we partner with span industries including construction, oil and gas, hospitals, universities, retail companies, and non-profit corporations. Our work also includes contracts and insurance policies. There is also opportunity to work on medical professional liability claims.

What you bring to the table?

• PA license (NJ, NY, or DE license a plus)
• 3-6 years of civil litigation experience (professional liability experience a plus)

• Willingness to take initiative and ask questions
• Strong communication skills and professional presence to interact with clients
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 ? 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
