Job Description

The Litigation Department is seeking a senior attorney with at least 6 years of experience in commercial litigation, including in-court and deposition work.

Candidates should have a strong academic record, excellent legal research and writing skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the rules of civil procedure for both state and federal courts. This attorney should be able to work with a high degree of independence in sophisticated commercial litigation. The candidate must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
