We handle matters in diverse areas of litigation including medical malpractice and professional liability claims. Ideal candidates are?

• Licensed in Pennsylvania or Delaware (will consider (additional license in another state with PA reciprocity and willingness to waive in)
• Possess 1-3 yrs of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation, Insurance defense of general litigation.
Delaware or New Jersey a plus)
• Experienced in healthcare litigation, healthcare, medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, general liability, district attorneys, or any other relevant practice that has provided the opportunity to take depositions or assess medical issues
• Willing area
• Motivated and willing to take initiative, ask questions, learn and do new things, take on challenging assignments, and collaborate learn

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
