Job Description

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to join the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Regulatory Group in our health regulatory, compliance, and reimbursement practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-growth group at Cooley that provides critical advice to our clients in the digital health, medical device, pharmaceutical, and clinical diagnostic industries. The ideal associate candidate will have three to seven years of experience advising life sciences and healthcare clients on a variety of healthcare regulatory issues, with an emphasis on compliance advice, advocacy before government agencies (CMS, OIG, DOJ), and market access / reimbursement (coding, coverage, and payment). Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000-$420,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
