Overview:
As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering nurturing, patient-centered care. This position calls for a blend of clinical skills and genuine compassion. Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, personalized care to patients with empathy and understanding
Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Administer medications and treatments with care and attention
Monitor and document patient conditions with a caring approach
Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members
Create a warm and comforting environment for patients

Requirements
Current LPN license in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
A genuinely caring and empathetic approach to patient care

Job Type: PRN
Salary range: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
