What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring each resident feels respected and valued.
• Support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, creating a nurturing and uplifting environment.
• Monitor and report vital signs, changes in condition, and help with care plans to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and a listening earmaking every day brighter for our residents.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure seamless, holistic care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Team player mentality
• Passion for serving older adults
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
• Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks
• Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time Day Shift

Salary range: $19.00 - $22 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
