RN MDS Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and completion of resident assessments while maintaining the MDS schedule. Your nursing expertise will be crucial in administering and managing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will work closely with residents to monitor their health and well-being, utilizing your strong analytical skills to gather data and implement effective treatment strategies.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in long-term care
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS regulations and requirements
• Previous MDS experience is preferred
