Job Description
Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment/Litigation associate to join its rapidly expanding group in the Denver office. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart advice and counsel and litigation. Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn. Colorado Bar required and California Bar a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is between $130,000-$180,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
