Clark Hill is seeking an attorney to join our Labor & Employment business unit in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must have 6+ years of experience and an active Texas Bar license. Strong candidates will have a demonstrated interest in labor and employment litigation and advising clients on employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Expertise in advice and policy preparation
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail -oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with portable business or with a track record of client acquisition are preferred.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $160,000 -$200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
