The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience handling a broad range of employment litigation, including class/collective action or other complex employment litigation. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong research, legal writing skills, and academic record required. Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing required. Experience representing employers in discrimination and wage/hour disputes, including single-plaintiff and class/collective actions or other complex employment litigation. Exposure with employment litigation, workplace counseling, and policy development is preferred. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is required. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, equal pay statutes, pay transparency requirements, employment contracts, and harassment/discrimination laws is preferred. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position applies to Colorado. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $210,000 - $225,000; bonus eligibility with qualifiers.
