Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Work to provide overall support in sourcing, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end recruiting process
Develop and implement initiatives and systems for internal employee retention and happiness
Create open communication channels with employees and assist in talent management including leave tracking, payroll, etc.
Assist with advising on policies and procedures
Develop training & growth programs
Manage the hiring process such as posting ads, sourcing candidates, and prescreening
Create effective onboarding plans
Assist & support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Requirements

Should be a people person, should know how to handle employee gradience & sort issues in an effective manner
Effective communication is going to be a must & should have leadership qualities
