Job Description

We are seeking intellectually-curious associates with 5+ years of strong real estate experience including extensive knowledge regarding joint ventures, acquisitions and borrower-side financing to join our Global Finance group. Strong drafting skills is a must. Our team advises investors, private fund sponsors on and with respect to real estate investments, dispositions, financing and fundraising. We have represented institutional asset managers and investors, including private equity and credit and fund sponsors, in a wide variety of acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and dispositions across all product types. Our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including PEI Awards and The Legal 500 US.

Salary is $365,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:

Experience in commercial real estate investments, primarily joint venture agreements and related corporate transactions, acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, REITs, inbound investment is preferred
Large law firm experience strongly preferred
Team-driven attitude
Strong drafting skills
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and problem solving mindset required
