Job Description

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience for its International Law, Trade, and Transactions business unit in Washington, D.C. This associate will be responsible for writing administrative and appeal briefs and motions in antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) proceedings; preparing questionnaire responses in AD/CVD cases; participating in client onsite verifications; and the preparation of submissions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The successful candidate will have knowledge of AD/CVD regulations, statutes, and proceedings; and experience in written legal argument at the Court of International Trade, Department of Commerce, or International Trade Commission. Past experience as a law clerk with the CIT is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess strong advocacy, research, and writing skills; a high-level attention to detail; and strong academic credentials. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. All candidates must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $185,000 -$200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
