Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Associate to join our Bangalore office and support our global hiring initiatives. This in-house role will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across various teams to meet the company's expansion goals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements.
  • Develop job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms.
  • Source and attract top talent using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communications with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Recruitment specialist.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or within a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
