Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking an

HVAC & Facilities Technician 5

to join their team. As a

HVAC & Facilities Technician 5 , you will be part of the Equipment Management department supporting the overall maintenance and comfort of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC & Facilities Technician 5

Location: Greer, SC

Pay Range:

$30-$35/hr.

Shift:

Tue - Sat 6am -2:30

What's the Job?

Maintaining and repairing air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, and other mechanical equipment.

Troubleshooting customer service calls for temperature comfort inside our buildings.

Maintaining accuracy of system documentation and supporting new installation projects as needed.

Completing Hazard Assessments as necessary.

Working on campus-based tasks while adhering to safety and operational protocols.

What's Needed?

6 years total field experience.

EPA Universal Certification.

Good general computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
