Our client is seeking a facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a facilities Technician 2 you will be part of the Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have Basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, and electrical. Which will align successfully in the organization.

3rd Shift Sun Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM

TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, ability to operate HVAC controls Driving License

The main function of a facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the assigned buildings.

Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained

Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management

What?s Needed?

TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, ability to operate HVAC controls Driving License

Basic ability to work independently and manage one is time.

Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

High school diploma or GED required. ? 2-4 years' experience required.

Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
