Job Description

The Unity Wave is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Conduct performance management reviews and support employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Organize training sessions and company events
Maintain employee records and HR databases

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
